Thank you very much for your answer.
The UNCTAD is starting a new year full of responsabilities and new ideas. Our priority is our quadrennial conference in São Paulo, the UNCTAD XI that will take place in June. For this month we have a High-Level Meeting for Investors with the President of Brazil, Mr. Lula da Silva and more or less 100 enterprises to show Brazil as a destination for investment.
ICDA is an important partner and we can cooperate in many matters and we must continuous that. Let me know what you are thinking.
The links can be done as you want. Our aim is to promote the World Investment Report web site (www.unctad.org/wir) because from there the report can be downloaded. Please, let me know about the links

The UNCTAD is launching every year a new edition of the WORLD INVESTMENT REPORT that focuses on trends in investment worldwide, at the regional and country levels and emerging measures to improve its contribution to development. As part of the effort to bring technical information and new ideas, we are trying to make this report reach as many people, organization, schools, governments as possible.
To reach this goal we are also focusing on the electronic information by linking the WORLD INVESTMENT REPORT to a serious web sites that has subjects related to these issues.
We would really appreciate if we could possible link the URL: www.unctad.org/wir to the ICDA web site. Please, let me know if it is possible and we can built a good cooperation on this matter.
